We have had some experiences after a hurricane and tornado but this remodel was so easy. Thank you Mr. Jim, Melanie, and the guys that came to do the installation, for making this such a wonderful experience. They made sure everything was correct and done right the first time. Cleaned up everything once they were done and everything was put back before they left. This was a very pleasant experience for once in our life. I will never be able to say THANK YOU enough!!! Lafayette Marble and Granite installed all countertops in our new home in June of 2019. 3 years and a couple months later we noticed that the quartzite was cracking in one area. We called and they came out to check, along with the manufacturer. They had never seen
It cracked before so were puzzled and weren't sure what to do. Maybe they would test it, maybe they would remove it and give us more. The store did everything they could to get us some new quartzite at no charge and the manufacturer finally agreed. When they put in our new quartzite, I was out of town. When I got home, I was not pleased with where the seam was. It was at the very end of the counter ( almost looked like it was meant to fold down and get out of the way) I called them and told them I was not happy with the seamed area and that I would like it fixed/ replaced. They did not have a piece they could offer us so they delivered and installed a brand nice piece of quartz that is different, but compliments the rest of our countertops. The piece with the crack was in the island, separate from the rest of it. They also paid for the plumber to come, not once but twice. Customer service of this kind unfortunately, is mostly unheard of and I am grateful that they chose to do the right thing. Thank you to Chris and his team for keeping this customer happy!

I bought marble and granite with them. Melanie and Robin were awesome, so helpful. When the guys can to install, they were very professional, neat, and cleaned up after they were finished.

Rebecca Faul and I had a GREAT experience from start to finish Chris and Robyn were amazing very knowledgeable and their customer service was awesome. When it came to the install Jorge and Bryce were top notch, they definitely paid attention to detail and perfection and they also had great customer service. If we could give 10/5 stars we would :) The customer service at LMG was beyond exceptional. From the moment we walked in to the store, everyone was very friendly and inviting. Chris walked us around and explained everything to us from the types of granite to the installation process to the pricing etc. Any question we had he was able to answer. Everything has been processed in a timely manner and the entire staff go above and beyond to make sure you are well informed and happy. We highly recommend LMG!

Dave did the measurements and was very nice and professional. Robyn was so helpful with picking out our countertops and answering all of our questions. I had an awesome experience from start to finish with LMG. The reason I chose them was their professionalism and my confidence in them. I knew they would do the job correctly. The granite selection was top tier, Robyn accommodated my schedule on multiple occasions, David measured perfectly (we had a perfectly tight fit, seams line up great) installers were careful while installing the granite - of both the granite and the rest of the house. Prices were comparable to other places and the customer service stood out. I had a great experience and will continue to be a customer for future countertops. Will have to update with photos once we complete the house reno!

Do yourself a favor and get your granite etc from these guys.The whole process was flawless and professional... right from the consultation and quotes from Robyn to the demolition and plumbing installation from Garland everything was on time and professional and very impressive.
I work a strange schedule and they did everything to accommodate me and my schedule and when they said they would be there at 8 am they surely were.
The granite is absolutely spectacular and although I didn't run around all of Lafayette to get comparisons I was more than impressed with the price but mostly it was the customer service that was above and beyond.

We could not have gotten the service from anyone else like Lafayette marble & granite gave us. They were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up when done. The carpenter and the plumber was very courteous and professional also. We recommend this company very highly, we were very satisfied.

Can not thank LMG enough! After a mishap with another company, we decided to give LMG a try and they did not disappoint one bit. We selected a slab on site but they also referred us to one of their distributors to see what they had in stock. We ended up sticking with the slab they had on site. When they came measure, they came with some measuring instrument that no other company had used. Being in the industrial instrumentation business, that was a sign that they were looking for accuracy and boy I was right. During the install. The respect they had for me and my house were top notch. Everything was yes sir, and no sir. And Im pretty sure I was younger than them. Any little issue they had was brought to my attention immediately. As far as finished product, I couldn't be happier. They did an amazing job and our bathroom looks amazing.
